Job Description
Our client is seeking a dynamic and service-driven Duty Manager/Reservations professional to join their well-established luxury lodge. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about hospitality, guest experience and smooth operational management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily lodge operations, ensuring exceptional guest service
- Primarily handle Duty Manager responsibilities, with reservations duties on weekends and when the reservationist is on annual leave
- Manage guest relations, special requests and feedback
- Coordinate with various departments to maintain high standards
- Assist with administrative tasks and reporting
- Uphold operational procedures and policies
Qualifications
- A Hospitality Qualification or similar
