Description:
Responsibilities:- Coordinate and review monthly payroll details.
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle for graduate, to senior level roles.
- Take full responsibility for managing the graduate programme from start to finish.
- Lead and manage the coordination and delivery of learning and development initiatives across the business.
- Own and drive the end-to-end performance management process.Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in HR, or related field.
- 4+ years working as an HR Generalist, with experience working with HR systems, payroll processes and handling the full end-to-end recruitment process.
- Able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while reviewing existing procedures and updating or creating new policies when needed.
