We are partnering with a fast-scaling Digital & IT Consulting business that is building a high-performance, people-first organisation. They are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to play a pivotal role in shaping the HR function as the business continues to grow.
This is a hands-on, strategic role where you will work closely with senior leadership to design and embed modern HR practices, influence culture, and support high-performing consulting and tech teams.
You will have the opportunity to build frameworks from the ground up and leave a lasting impact on the organisation.
This role is ideal for an experienced HRBP who thrives in dynamic, fast-growth, consulting or technology environments and enjoys balancing strategy with execution.
Key Responsibilities
Partner closely with executive and senior leadership to align people strategy with business objectives Design, build, and implement scalable HR frameworks, policies, and processes suitable for a growing consulting business Drive and embed a strong performance and feedback culture Support leadership capability, talent development, and succession planning Provide guidance on employee relations, organisational design, and workforce planning Enable governance, compliance, and best practice HR standards Act as a trusted advisor to managers and team leads across the business Support employee engagement initiatives and culture-building activities within tech and digital teamsQualification, Skills and Experience Required:
Relevant HR qualification (advantageous) Proven experience as a Senior HR Business Partner or similar role Background in technology, digital, consulting, or fast-growth organisations Strong business acumen with the ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels Confident stakeholder management and leadership influencing skills Experience building HR structures, processes, and frameworks from scratch or in scaling environments Comfortable working in a hands-on, evolving environment where priorities can shift Please send your CV to Andrea Jones at
