Permanent | Quick Service Restaurant IndustryWe are seeking an experienced Country Human Resource Business Partner to drive the Attract, Develop, Reward, Engage, and Partner HR agenda across a fast-paced, multi-site QSR environment. This is a strategic, field-based role where you will partner closely with Regional Coaches, Area Coaches, and Operations Teams to ensure the right people are in the right roles, equipped and motivated to deliver business success.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education:A completed tertiary qualification in HR, Business, or Social Sciences (postgraduate qualification advantageous). Experience:
68 years generalist HR experience in a multi-site, fast-paced environment (QSR, FMCG, or Retail essential). Strong track record of managing HR teams and partnering with operations leaders. Competencies:
Strong business acumen with a commercial mindset. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to inspire, coach, and motivate diverse teams. Innovative problem-solver who can balance strategy with hands-on delivery. Valid, unendorsed Zambia driver's license (essential) and own vehicle (advantageous)
