This role is primarily focused on recruitment, with additional general HR administrative responsibilities. Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus)
Manage the full recruitment cycle for approximately 1012 vacancies per month Draft and post job advertisements on various job sites and recruitment platforms Source candidates through headhunting and direct search methods Liaise with recruitment agencies and external partners Screen CVs, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interviews Conduct initial interviews and assist hiring managers during the selection process Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers Support cross-border recruitment initiatives where required HR Administration (Secondary Support)
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation Assist with onboarding and employee administration Order and manage uniforms, stationery, and HR supplies Coordinate meetings, training sessions, and HR events Prepare HR reports and presentations Manage stock control of HR-related goods Provide general administrative support to the HR department Minimum Requirements
HR Diploma or relevant HR/Recruitment qualification Recruitment certificates or short courses advantageous 35 years experience with strong hands-on recruitment exposure Experience recruiting within logistics, trucking, automotive, or OEM environments (essential) Experience using job portals, sourcing platforms, and direct headhunting methods Stable work history with at least 2 years in current or recent role Valid drivers license and own reliable transport Skills & Competencies
