Key Requirements (NON-NEGOTIABLE):
Fluent in English AND Portuguese
(Must be able to read, write, and speak confidently)
Excellent computer literacy
(Email, Excel, Word, quotations, reports, online research, tenders)
Proven experience in:
Procurement & sourcing
Preparing quotations & tenders
Sales & client engagement
Independent work with minimal supervision
Strong administrative accuracy and diligence
Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and take ownership
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Professional, reliable, and results-driven
Role Responsibilities:
Manage procurement processes and supplier engagement
Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and tender documentation
Support sales activities and client communications
Liaise with cross-border suppliers and partners
Coordinate documentation, reporting, and follow-ups
Represent the company professionally when travelling
