The Mission
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior Director of Sales & Marketing to build, lead, and optimize our sales and marketing function. This executive will architect the commercial strategy, recruit and mentor high-performing teams, and drive revenue growth across all territories while reporting directly to the CEO.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and execute the regional sales and marketing strategy for laptops, desktops, and IT hardware across South Africa, Mozambique, and Eswatini.
· Build, lead, and motivate a multi-country sales and marketing team, fostering collaboration and performance excellence.
· Establish and manage key relationships with enterprise clients, government, distributors, and ICT partners.
· Drive market expansion, brand positioning, and competitive analysis to capture greater market share.
· Oversee pricing, promotions, product launches, and channel strategies tailored to each region.
· Implement KPIs, CRM systems, and reporting structures to track performance and ensure accountability.
· Work closely with supply chain, finance, and technical teams to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
What We Are Looking For
· 10+ years of senior sales and marketing leadership experience in the ICT hardware industry (laptops, desktops, IT peripherals, etc.).
· Proven success in building and managing cross-border teams, preferably within South Africa, Mozambique, and/or Eswatini.
· Deep knowledge of ICT market trends, vendor ecosystems, and channel dynamics.
· Strong network with ICT distributors, resellers, and enterprise clients in the region.
· Experience in strategic planning, P&L management, and multi-territory go-to-market execution.
· Fluency in English required; Portuguese proficiency is a strong advantage.
· Willingness to travel regularly across the region.
