Requirements:- Matric
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Sales Manager within the Guarding / Manned Security Services industry
- Proven track record in new business development, contract negotiation, and client retention
- Strong understanding of guarding services, site requirements, pricing models, and SLA management
Develop and execute sales strategies to grow guarding contracts and market share Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities Manage key client relationships and ensure long-term contract retention Lead, coach, and performance-manage the sales team against targets Prepare and present proposals, tenders, and pricing structures Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments
