Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, mentor, and develop a small team of data scientists and analysts
- Design, build, and enhance predictive models, continuously improving performance
- Deliver AI and machine-learning solutions tailored to client needs
- Own the full modelling lifecycle: Data analysis, feature engineering, modelling, validation, and deployment
- Present complex analytical insights in a clear, business-focused manner to stakeholders
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- Education:
- Masters degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative discipline
- PhD highly advantageous
