Lead and manage a small data science and analytics team (23 years management experience required). Develop predictive models from start to finish: data exploration, feature engineering, model build, deployment, and optimization. Continuously adjust, refine, and improve model performance based on client and business needs. Design and deliver AI-driven and machine learning solutions for both clients and internal initiatives. Translate data insights into actionable business recommendations and presentations. Ensure analytical excellence, best practices, and quality assurance across the team. Work closely with internal stakeholders and clients to ensure delivery excellence in a consulting setting.Qualifications & Experience:
Education
Masters degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or related quantitative discipline (PhD highly preferred).Experience
23 years of management or leadership experience, preferably leading a small analytics team. Demonstrated ability to build, deploy, and optimise predictive models.
