Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a small team of data scientists and analysts. Build, refine, and optimise predictive models based on performance metrics. Develop and deliver AI and machineâ??learning solutions for clients. Conduct endâ??toâ??end model development including data exploration, feature engineering, modelling, and deployment. Translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable business insights and recommendations.
Job Experience and Skills Required:
Education Minimum Requirement:
Masters degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field. PhD strongly preferred. Experience:
23 years leadership or management experience, including leading a small team. Proven endâ??toâ??end predictive modelling expertise. Strong AI and machine learning experience (nonâ??negotiable). Consulting environment experience advantageous. Skills:
Python (essential). SQL (advantageous). Strong analytical problemâ??solving ability. Ability to communicate insights to nonâ??technical stakeholders. Other Nonâ??Negotiables:
AI and ML experience required. Must have led a small team.
