Description:
You will be responsible for defining and executing the end-to-end product vision and roadmap for a suite of mission-critical payment products used daily by customers and merchants. The role requires strong executive stakeholder management, analytical depth, and the ability to translate complex market, customer, and regulatory needs into scalable, high-impact product strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Own and drive the overall product vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap. Lead product prioritisation and investment decisions through a structured, data-driven roadmap. Ensure strong alignment between customer needs, commercial outcomes, and technology delivery. Oversee product pricing, performance, and profitability in collaboration with finance and commercial teams. Ensure regulatory and industry compliance across the product portfolio. Drive cross-functional alignment across technology, commercial, risk, operations, and customer teams. Guide go-to-market strategy, product launches, and customer adoption. Communicate product strategy, progress, and outcomes effectively to executive leadership, internal teams, and external stakeholders, including merchants, billers, payment networks, and partners.Minimum Requirements
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or a related technical field. 5+ years experience in product management, preferably within Banking, Payments, or Fintech. Demonstrable experience managing data-intensive products such as dashboards, analytics tools, or reporting platforms. Strong understanding of the e-commerce ecosystem, including online shopping carts, payment gateways, and fraud prevention. Proven experience working effectively with agile development teams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.Whats on Offer
