Lead enterprise-wide infrastructure strategy, modernize cloud and data center operations, drive performance and resilience, and influence executive-level decisions in a business-critical function.Qualifications Required: Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline Minimum of 10 years experience in infrastructure roles, with 35 years in senior leadership or managerial capacity Certifications (preferred): ITIL PMP Cisco (CCNP/CCIE) Microsoft (MCSA/MCSE) AWS / Azure / GCP Architect level Requirements Proven expertise in: Data centers, server and network management Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V) Cloud strategy (AWS, Azure, GCP) hybrid or multi-cloud Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Regulatory frameworks: GDPR, ISO 27001, PCI DSS Infrastructure performance monitoring and reporting Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and vendor management experience Key Performance Areas (KPAs) Strategic Leadership Own and drive the IT infrastructure roadmap aligned with business goals Lead modernization, scalability, and cloud transformation initiatives Infrastructure Operations Manage all infrastructure environments: data centers, networking, storage, servers Ensure maximum uptime, performance, and disaster readiness Team Leadership Mentor and manage engineers and system specialists Build skill pipelines through training and structured KPIs Security & Compliance Implement enterprise-grade security controls (firewalls, IDS/IPS) Maintain regulatory compliance and manage audits and assessments Budgeting & Vendor Governance Plan, manage, and optimize infrastructure budgets Oversee vendor contracts, evaluations, and strategic partnerships Project Oversight Deliver major infrastructure projects on time and within scope Own cloud migrations, upgrades, and infrastructure rollouts Monitoring & Reporting Deploy monitoring tools for performance, incidents, a
