Presentable with previous senior kitchen experience atleast 1 year. Non smoker and drinker preferable. Assist in new menu ideas Kitchen weekly costings Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays. Uphold strong discipline & disciplinary procedures. Assist with stock ordering. Implement new ideas etc to ensure smooth operation. Staff rosters. Small to medium size kitchen with only 10 staff members. Available to start asap. Reside in or near Stellenbosch.
