Description:
Location: Mbhashe Municipality, Eastern Cape
Employment Type: Project Based
Remuneration: R 15 000- R 18 000 ( experience related) Minimum Requirements:
- Advanced Diploma / BTech in Quantity Surveying
- Proven experience of three years in scheduling and planning of works within strict project timeframes
- Experience limited to building projects and renovations
- Must reside within Mbhashe Municipality
- Own vehicle will be an added advantage
- Professional registration with SACPCMP or SACOQS as a QS / Project Manager / Construction Manager Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily site operations and ensure compliance with project schedules
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff to meet deadlines
- Monitor progress, quality, and safety standards on site
- Prepare and maintain accurate site records and reports
- Liaise with project stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of works Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and project management principles
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and enforce strict timelines
- Leadership qualities with a focus on teamwork and accountability Application Process:
