We are looking for a professional, well-presented, and motivated Relationship Manager who will also assist with marketing activities.

The primary responsibility of this role is to visit existing clients regularly to ensure they are happy and satisfied with the products and services they have received. You will play a key role in maintaining strong client relationships and identifying opportunities to enhance service delivery and grow accounts.

This is a client-facing role that requires confidence, professionalism, and strong communication skills.Key Responsibilities

• Visit existing clients to maintain and strengthen relationships

• Ensure customer satisfaction with products and services

• Address client concerns and provide feedback to management

• Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities

• Assist with marketing initiatives and campaigns

• Provide basic reporting and administrative support

• Represent the company in a professional and positive mannerMinimum Requirements

  • Well presented and well spoken

  • Fluent in English and Afrikaans

  • Valid driver’s license

  • Own reliable laptop

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
