The Junior Building Manager is responsible for the management and maintenance of the hospitality facilities, including: facility operations, maintenance, contract management, health & safety compliance as well as asset control.We require:
- Local citizens
- Degree or diploma in Facilities Management or Property Management
- Min 3yrs experience within a hospitality or accommodation environment
- Computer literate
- Facilities and operations management experience
- OHS Knowledge
- Procurement and stock control
- PMS System
- Excellent communication skills
