Job Experience & Skills Required:
- Minimum 10 years experience in business development, sales leadership, or strategic account management within the electrical or motor solutions sector
- Strong technical expertise in motors, drives, and electrical systems
- Proven track record in securing and managing high-value contracts and strategic client accounts
- Exceptional client relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to develop and implement strategic growth and sales plans
- Experience in preparing and delivering technical proposals, presentations, and quotations
- Strong negotiation, communication, and influencing skills
- Demonstrated leadership experience, including mentoring junior team members
- Knowledge of industry standards, codes, and regulatory requirements for electrical and motor systems
