Grow Revenue
- Analyse merchant behaviour to spot cross-sell & upsell opportunities
- Increase adoption of digital payments, funding products, software & VAS
- Build a proactive pipeline of commercial opportunities
- Drive base revenue growth with precision and accountability
Retain & Protect the Base
- Identify churn risk early through data and trends
- Re-engage low-usage or dormant merchants
- Resolve issues by collaborating with Support & Operations
- Keep your portfolio active, healthy, and profitable
Build Long-Term Relationships
- Serve as the trusted advisor for your merchants
- Run structured lifecycle check-ins
- Host education sessions to help merchants unlock full product value
- Bring merchant insights back into Product, Marketing & BI
Requirements
- 35+ years in account management, customer success, retention, or commercial roles
- Strong communicator across WhatsApp, phone, email and in-person visits
- Naturally empathetic but commercially sharp
- Data-driven, disciplined, and confident using CRM tools
- Someone who takes full ownership of their portfolio and outcomes
