Key Responsibilities:
Dealer Network Expansion
Identify new dealer opportunities and evaluate market potential in line with OEM strategy Lead the dealer appointment process, including site assessments, negotiations, and contractual agreements Oversee the timely onboarding of new dealers and ensure readiness for operations Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Aftersales teams to align new dealer openings with national growth objectives Dealer Performance & Compliance
Monitor and assess dealer adherence to OEM standards, policies, and corporate identity (CI) requirements Conduct regular dealer audits, inspections, and operational assessments Support dealers in improving operational performance, customer service, and profitability Provide guidance and training to dealers on sales, service, parts, and operational best practices Operational Support & Project Management
Support dealers with facility setup, operational processes, and initial workforce onboarding Plan and manage projects related to dealer openings, upgrades, or relocations Coordinate cross-functional support from Marketing, Aftersales, Supply Chain, and Finance teams Ensure all dealer agreements, documentation, and compliance requirements are complete and accurate Relationship Management & Stakeholder Engagement
Act as the primary liaison between OEM management and dealer partners Build long-term, productive relationships with dealers to ensure loyalty and retention Engage internal stakeholders to drive alignment on dealer strategy, network expansion, and support initiatives Provide regular reports and updates to management on dealer network development, performance, and risks Qualifications & Experience:
Degree or diploma in Business, Commerce, Automotive Management, or a related field Minimum 810 years experience in automotive sales, dealer operations, oem environment Proven experience in dealer network development, project management, and operational support Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills Motor Industry experience ESSENTIAL!! Key Skills & Competencies:
Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management abilities Strong negotiation and influencing skills Commercially minded with the ability to drive dealer profitability Exceptional organisational and project management skills Ability to travel frequently and manage multiple dealer projects concurrently Knowledge of OEM processes, dealer operations, and market dynamics Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
