The "Must-Haves" (Non-Negotiable)
GCC Factories: You must hold a Government Certificate of Competency (Electrical or Mechanical).
GMR 2.1 Experience: Proven track record of legal appointment under the OSH Act.
High Power Loading: Experience managing a plant loading of 15 MVA or similar heavy industrial scale.
Education: National Diploma or B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
Legal Accountability: Full GMR 2.1 appointment as per General Machinery Regulations 2(1).
Plant Uptime: Drive maintenance strategies to ensure maximum uptime in a high-pressure manufacturing environment.
Cost Control: Manage maintenance budgets and optimize resource allocation.
Team Leadership: Enforce strict discipline, safety protocols, and housekeeping standards.
