Minimum Requirements:
Proven experience operating and setting CNC milling machines Experience working on Fanuc and Haas control systems (essential) Minimum 3 years milling experience (trade certificate advantageous but not essential if milling experience is strong) Experience operating and setting up milling machines independently Ability to work to tight tolerancesTechnical Requirements:
Must have experience working within tolerances of 0.01mm Experience working within 0.03mm is acceptable Experience above this tolerance range will not be suitable Experience on 3-axis, 4-axis, or 5-axis CNC machines 5-axis experience is highly advantageous Candidates with 5-axis experience will typically have 3- and 4-axis experience as well Familiar with different CNC machine brands (e.g., Mitsubishi, Takisawa, Doosan, Victor or similar) Strong understanding of machining processes and tooling Must be able to set up and operate milling machines from start to finish
