Machine Operator Food Industry Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor food production machinery and equipment. Ensure products meet quality and safety standards. Perform routine maintenance and report equipment faults. Adhere to hygiene and safety regulations (e.g., HACCP, ISO standards). Complete production and shift documentation accurately and on time. Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain workplace housekeeping using 5S practices. Minimum Requirements:Grade 12 / Matric. 1-3 years experience in a food manufacturing or FMCG environment. Working knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Willing and able to work shifts and overtime when required. Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
