Duties & Responsibilities:Oversee material and product inventory, as well as waste streams during shifts, ensuring accurate tracking of usage and loss Support and drive the SHE (Safety, Health and Environment) pillar implementation Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Lead and supervise the packaging team during daily shift operations Manage shift teams to achieve production plans within cost and efficiency targets Perform routine shift and employee administration Coach and develop team members, engaging Pillar Champions and subject-matter experts to drive Manufacturing Excellence (ME) initiatives within the sift
