Description:
Reporting to the Head of Legal, this role is responsible for contract governance, litigation coordination, company secretarial support, and enterprise risk and compliance management.
The role requires a senior legal professional with strong corporate governance expertise, insurance knowledge (including marine liability and cargo), and practical experience with SHE and ESG frameworks. You will partner with executive stakeholders to safeguard the organisations legal and compliance position while ensuring adherence to legislative and governance standards.
Key Requirements:
