Description:
A position is opening up at our arts-inspired school for a reliable assistant teacher to teach our Foundation Phase class (Grade R to Grade 3) and teach group music lessons to learners aged 18 months to Grade 3. Must be available to start soon and commit at least until the end of the 2026 school year.
Must have a teaching qualification and experience in teaching children basic principles of music.
Important qualities: energetic, gentle, nurturing, patient, creative, punctual, professional and well-presented.
Christian values; honesty, integrity, strong work ethic.
Good communication skills (English), computer literate, efficient with lesson planning, and effective at relationship building.
Must have a reliable means of transport, and preferably live in or close to Milnerton.
