Description:
We are an established accounting firm in Milnerton and are looking for an Entry-Level Administrative Assistant to join our team immediately.
Salary: R6,5000-R8,000 per month(depending on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
CIPC applications and administrative tasks
Labour Department Application (UIF, Workmen's Compensation)
EMP201 submissions, UIF submissions, ROE submissions
General Office Support
Requirements
Certificate or Diploma in Office Administration
Basic admin experience is a plus not essential
Willingness to learn payroll & labour processes
Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive
Good communication skills
