Overview:You will manage the full recruitment lifecyclefrom sourcing and screening to client communication and placementwhile working independently and efficiently in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple technical disciplines Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, social media, Boolean search, and internal databases Screen and interview candidates to assess experience, skills, and cultural fit Prepare and submit candidate profiles to clients Coordinate interviews and provide ongoing communication to candidates and clients Maintain and update the recruitment CRM/ATS Build strong talent pipelines for recurring roles Meet weekly KPIs and deadlines while maintaining quality standards Develop strong relationships with clients and understand their hiring needsMinimum Requirements
2+ years recruitment experience (agency or internal) Experience recruiting in STEM, IT, engineering, or technical fields (advantageous) Strong sourcing skills, including LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search Excellent communication and interviewing skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple vacancies Reliable internet connection and remote working setup Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressurePreferred Skills
Prior experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) Strong administrative and organisational abilities Ability to build rapport with both candidates and clients Familiarity with high-volume, fast-paced environments Passion for matching candidates with the right opportunies
