?? What Youll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications and scalable back-end systems.
- Take ownership of features end-to-end, from initial concept through development, deployment, and support.
- Participate actively in an Agile development process, including stand-ups, sprint planning, code reviews, and continuous delivery.
- Investigate bugs, perform root cause analysis, and implement robust, long-term fixes.
- Collaborate closely with product owners, designers, and other engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
?? What You Bring
- A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

- Fresh graduates should have strong academic results from a reputable university.
- Alternatively, up to 3 years of hands-on software development experience.
- Experience or strong foundational knowledge in one or more programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, Java, or C++.
- Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases.
- Exposure to modern frameworks or technologies (e.g. ASP.NET, React, Node.js) is advantageous but not essential.
- A proactive, analytical mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
