Description:
Roles and Responsibilities- Source, identify, and qualify candidates for senior-level technical and commercial roles.
- Headhunt top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Conduct detailed qualification calls to assess technical skills, experience, and suitability.
- Present high-quality CVs and candidate profiles to clients in line with agreed targets.
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate activity tracking within CRM systems.
- Liaise between candidates and clients to coordinate interviews, feedback, and offers.
- Support the end-to-end process where required, from first contact to placement.
- Collaborate closely with team members to meet delivery goals and client expectations.
- Maintain a strong understanding of market trends and competitor activity within target sectors.Employment Details
