This role manages endâ??toâ??end export operations while supporting the optimisation of digital supplyâ??chain solutions. The successful candidate will build and grow client relationships, analyse market trends, manage trade processes, and support the rollout of new feature sets. Responsibilities include onboarding new clients, enhancing user adoption, growing global market presence, improving operational workflows, and providing insights that shape future product development. The role works closely with operations, commercial, and product teams while engaging with international suppliers, growers, and buyers.

Skills & Experience:
Minimum 23 years experience within logistics, export operations, perishable commodities, planning, or commercial farming
Proven capability in managing client and supplier relationships
Strong operational, problemâ??solving, and dataâ??analysis skills
Ability to work under pressure, independently, and across multiple teams
Excellent communication skills in English (Afrikaans beneficial)
Experience supporting or improving logistics workflows and processes
Confident delivering demos, presentations, and operational solutions
Familiar with accountâ??management tools, export systems, or related technologies
Willingness to travel and work flexibly when required

Qualification:
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field (preferred)
Valid drivers license
