Description:
Key focus areas:- Lead endâ??toâ??end HR: recruitment, onboarding, performance, IR/ER and exits.
- Ensure compliance with SA labour legislation, HR policies and HR reporting.
- Support line managers with disciplinary processes, investigations and CCMA preparation.
- Oversee payroll input, HR administration and accurate HR data and records.â??
- Drive HR projects such as EE, training, talent development and engagement initiatives.â??Requirements:
- Relevant HR degree / diploma.
- 5+ years generalist HR experience, including strong IR/ER exposure.
- Experience in manufacturing/abattoir/food or similar industrial environment advantageous.â??
