Roles and Responsibilities- Proactively identify, target, and secure new business opportunities within the UK IT market
- Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, outreach, discovery calls, pitching, negotiation, and closing
- Consistently secure 12 new client wins per month
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key decision-makers
- Develop tailored recruitment solutions aligned to client hiring needs
- Work closely with delivery teams to ensure successful placements and ongoing client satisfaction
