Minimum requirements:Bachelors degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, Business Management, or a related field Minimum of 5 years experience in a senior HR or HR and Training Management role Proven experience managing the full employee lifecycle in a medium to large workforce Strong working knowledge of South African labour legislation and HR best practices Demonstrated experience in training strategy development, skills gap analysis, and workforce planning Experience working within hospitality, luxury lodges, tourism, or remote environments (highly advantageous) Basic computer literacy
