The role
Youll operate as a trusted FP&A partner to the business, advising on performance, driving planning cycles, and supporting strategic decision-making across multiple business units.
Key responsibilities include:
Full ownership and deep analysis of brand P&Ls, including revenue, COGS, inventory write-offs, and marketing and selling expenses Accurate and timely month-end reporting and variance analysis against budget and forecast Driving the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes end-to-end Accruals, provisions, transfer pricing and intercompany margin calculations Inventory provision analysis and risk communication with commercial teams Strong business partnering with Commercial and Operational Finance teams Audit support, HQ reporting, ad-hoc analysis, and senior-level presentations Maintenance and improvement of budgeting, reporting tools, and financial modelsThis is a role for someone who likes being close to the action and isnt allergic to accountability.
What were looking for
CA(SA) or CIMA (completed) Minimum 5 years post-articles experience in a multinational environment (pharma or FMCG preferred) Solid inventory management experience Advanced Excel and strong financial modelling capability Commercially minded, analytically strong, and detail-oriented Confident communicator who can partner, challenge, and influence Deadline-driven, organised, and able to manage competing prioritiesYoull fit right in if you see beyond the numbers, ask the right questions, and enjoy working with smart people who expect finance to add value.
