Description:

The ideal candidate is a dynamic individual who will fill the role of Store Manager, responsible for providing exemplary customer service through product showcasing and overseeing staff operations.

Responsibilities:

Scheduling and delegating tasks to employees, monitoring their performance, and ensuring efficient store operations Maintaining accurate bank balances Conducting cash-ups, and preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports Establishing strong customer relationships Enforcing company policies and procedures Addressing customer concerns both in-store and telephonically Fostering collaboration with various departments within the group are also vital aspects of the position

Qualification:

Grade 12/Matric 5 years of previous retail management experience. Proficient experience in MS Office is essential. Sage Evolution experience will be advantageous.

Proficiency in verbal and written communication Excellent team player with a high level of integrity and a passion for team success. Ability to negotiate. Detail Orientated Ability to manage time / prioritise Active Listening ability High Achiever / Results Driven Ability to multitask. Ability to work under pressure. Excellent analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills
