5* Property is looking to hire a Restaurant Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong F&B background and sound management skills. Must be energetic, passionate, and driven to succeed. Must live locally.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with managing staff members
- Disciplinary procedures
- Uphold Team Spirit
- Uphold and implement policies, procedures, regulations and standards
- Guest satisfaction - Ensuring guests are satisfied at all times and in all aspects
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Hospitality Management qualification preferable
- 3 years of management experience gained in an upmarket F&B environment
- Good HR/IR knowledge
- Highly presentable
- Excellent command of the English language with solid verbal and written communication skills
- Proven exceptional track record of guest interaction and service recovery
- Able to work flexible hours, weekends and holidays and late shifts and travel
- Own transport
Salary between R25 and R28 000.00
