As the Finance Manager: Shared Services, you will partner closely with the Head of Finance to develop and implement a robust shared services strategy. Youll oversee multiple financial disciplines - Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Cash Forecasting, Taxation, and Statutory Compliance -while leading high-performing teams to ensure accuracy, compliance, and exceptional service delivery across the Group.

Duties:
Develop and execute the Finance Shared Services strategy Define and manageSLAs and KPIs to ensure performance excellence Driveprocess improvement, automation, and standardisation across teams OverseeIFRS compliance, month-end close, and financial control ManageAccounts Payable and Fixed Assets functions Ensure adherence tocorporate governance and internal control frameworks Lead centralisedcreditor and fixed asset teams Ensure timely payments, accurate reconciliations, and capitalisation of assets Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve queries efficiently Review and analysecash flow forecasts and variances Guidetax compliance and ensure alignment with SARS requirements Overseemonth-end and year-end reporting Liaise withexternal auditors and ensure statutory compliance across entities Manage and mentormultidisciplinary finance teams Conductperformance reviews and succession planning Build a culture ofaccountability, innovation, and continuous improvement

Matric (Grade 12) BCom Accounting BCom Honours / CTA CA(SA)
Experience:
Completed SAICA Articles 3 - 7 years of relevant financial and managerial experience (minimum 5 years in management/supervisory role)
