Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain financial and pricing models for valueâ??added products
- Analyse product performance and present insights for financial and management reporting
- Manage and update the analytics database and SQL models
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of analysts
- Drive automation of monthly reporting processes
- Conduct claims experience analysis and assess economic pricing factors
- Prepare budgets and support external auditors and fund valuatorsJob Experience and Skills Required:
- Degree in Mathematics, Statistics and Economics or any quantitative field with advanced Excel and strong SQL/Python/R skills
- 5+ years analytics experience with proven management capability
- Financial services or insurance exposure advantageous
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and presentation skills
- Highly analytical, detailâ??oriented, able to work independently under pressure
- Must have own/reliable transport and be credit & criminal clearance
