In this high-impact role, you will lead the implementation of partnership strategies across Non-Life Consumer divisions, driving customer growth and market share through innovative distribution channels.
The Role at a Glance
Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership model to reach customers in non-traditional spaces.
Relationship Management: Build and oversee a rigorous partner management framework, focusing on brands that deliver scale and high affinity.
Commercial Leadership: Manage the commercial results of the function, optimizing resources and analyzing market trends to hit revenue targets.
Innovation: Collaborate with Product, IT, and Finance teams to create seamless, technology-driven customer journeys.
What Were Looking For
Education: A Business Degree and a Post-Graduate qualification are essential.
Partnership Expertise: At least 6 years of proven experience establishing and fostering professional partnerships.
Leadership: Minimum 3 years in a Senior Management role with experience managing budgets.
Industry Knowledge: 3+ years within a Financial Services environment.
