Senior Executive Personal Assistant to provide High-Level Administrative support - Property/Legal knowledge Responsibilities:
Act as the primary Point of contact for Internal & External Stakeholders Maintain an an accurate and up-to-date Property Register Trust & Structure Administration (An Advantage) Liaise with Professional Advisors (Trustees, Attorneys, Accountants) Manage the Manager's Calendar & Co-ordinate Meetings and Appointments. Prepare and Edit Correspondence, Communications, Presentations & other Documents. Conduct Research, collect & Analyze Data to prepare Reports and Documents. Handle Confidential information and sensitive issues with integrity and discretion. Coordinate Travel arrangements and prepare Travel Itineraries. Manage Expenses and assist with Budget Planning Income Tax Support Event & Management Meetings Organize and maintain the Manager's office systems. Provide general administrative support SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:* Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar role
* Possess Excellent Communication and Organizational Skills
* Proficient in MS Office suite
* Matric
