I am looking for an HR Intern that has a passion to help people. Fully remote position
Qualifications:
- Matric
- HR Degree or Diploma
Skills and experience:
Must have worked in an HR environment before - at least 2 years exp
Must be able to work remotely and have uncapped Wi-Fi at home, you will be allocated an email address from the company so you have to have an active Microsoft suite and must be able to work on excel and outlook advanced stage.
Excellent communication skills in English, written and verbal
Honest and reliable as you have to be able to be responsible for all HR functions within the company
Administration skills and reporting is very important for this role
Must be able to create ads in Canva
Duties:
- Interview call centre agents, marketing interns daily and management staff as requested
- Assist with contracts of new staff members
- Administration
- Advertising new positions online
