START: January 2026 (2-year contract with annual leave)

Monday - Sunday Flexible / hours based on operations & season Annual Leave & Time off in accordance with TZ lawREPORT TO: Lodge General Manager / Department head

Passport valid for traveling Formal Hospitality-related qualification Administration or Secretarial Certification - BONUS Clear criminal record & sober habits Prior Guest Relations / Concierge or Front of House Reception experience (Lodge / Tented Camp / Safari)EXPERIENCE:
2+ Years experience in Front Office environment Excellent customer relations and complaint handling Fluency in Opera / IDS PMS, MS Word & Excel Strong leadership of reception, concierge & reservations teams
