Passport valid for traveling Hospitality-related qualification Business Administration or similar managerial certification - BONUS Clear criminal record & sober habits Prior management experience in a similar environment (Lodge / Tented Camp / Safari) Strong leadership with hands-on lodge operations exposure Fluent English command - any other African / European language - BONUSEXPERIENCE:
Minimum 4 years in luxury tented camps Operations-led camp management experience Strong guest relations and staff supervision capability Working knowledge of P&L, PMS, POS
