Passport valid for traveling Hospitality-related qualification Business Administration or similar managerial certification - BONUS Clear criminal record & sober habits Prior experience managing a luxury lodge in Africa Strong leadership with hands-on lodge operations exposure Fluent English command - any other African / European language - BONUSEXPERIENCE:
Solid understanding of P&L, PMS, POS, and owner reporting Proven experience in luxury lodge environments (min. 4 years) Guest-centric, commercially aware, and team-oriented
