Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure high performance and strong financial governance Oversee full financial management: Reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and audit Drive cost management, margin analysis, and operational efficiencies across the business Strengthen internal controls and financial processes Partner with operations and supply chain to support commercial decision-making
Job Experience and Skills Required:
Qualified CA(SA) 5+ years post-articles experience Management experience required Manufacturing industry experience beneficial
