Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing the full finance function, including month-end processes, reporting, reconciliations, and financial controls Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow management activities Monitor cost structures and contribute to pricing, margin, and profitability insights. Work closely with operations and senior leadership to improve finance-related processes and ensure alignment across departments Oversee junior finance staff, ensuring accuracy, development, and performance
Job Experience and Skills Required:
Completed BCom degree in a related field
Completed SAICA or SAIPA articles
3+ years post article experience
Manufacturing experience beneficial
