ð?? The OpportunityA well-established organisation based in Edenvale is looking for an Assistant Finance Manager to strengthen its finance leadership team. This role sits at the heart of the business, combining hands-on financial processing with team management and month-end responsibility. Youll oversee the full GL up to trial balance, manage a sizeable finance team, and ensure month-end and audit processes run seamlessly. Exposure to manufacturing or retail is advantageous, but strong core finance experience is key.

Full GL processing up to trial balance Oversee debtors and creditors processing Manage month-end processes and support audits Lead, coach, and manage a finance team of 810 direct reports Ensure financial accuracy, controls, and process adherence Support the Finance Manager with operational and reporting requirements
ð??? What You Bring
BCom Degree with SAICA / SAIPA / CIMA (preferred) 35 years experience in a finance role with supervisory exposure Strong hands-on accounting capability Proven people management experience Exposure to manufacturing or retail environments (preferred) Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and process-focused mindset
