Remote Virtual Assistant Wanted

Description:

A entrepreneur is looking for a part-time Remote Virtual Assistant who is smart, reliable, tech-savvy, and proactive and available 10-15 days a month. If you're confident on the phone, excellent at admin, research, LinkedIn and social media tasks, and know how to use AI tools—this could be the perfect fit.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (South African time)

Key Responsibilities:

• Make professional phone calls (bookings, quotes, follow-ups)

• Source suppliers, service providers, and conduct research

• Organize and collate data in Google Sheets / Excel

• Schedule meetings and manage the calendar

• Assist with LinkedIn (research, outreach, post scheduling)

• Light social media tasks (posting, engagement)

• Use AI tools (like ChatGPT, Canva AI, etc.) for admin, content, and research support)

  Requirements:

  • Must have a reliable laptop, strong internet connection, and a smartphone

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)

  • Confident making professional calls

  • Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills

  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines

  • Based in South Africa (preferred)

  • Comfortable using or learning AI tools
