Position Details:
• Job Title: Sales Assistant
• Location: OR Tambo International Airport
• Contract: 6 months (3-month probation) with possibility of extension
• Salary: R5,500 basic + commission incentive for meeting sales targets
Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Recommend and demonstrate products to meet customer needs.
• Answer questions and handle customer concerns effectively.
• Inform customers about promotions, sales, and store policies.
• Process payments and package purchases.
• Stock merchandise, create attractive displays, and ensure the store is well-maintained.
• Monitor inventory and maintain an organized sales floor.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
• Matric Certificate and Valid South African ID (essential).
• Minimum of 2 years retail experience.
• Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills.
• Knowledge of point-of-sale systems.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
